Session Description:
The human-centered design process (HCD) is based upon a core belief that understanding the needs, hopes, and interests of your potential audience ("users", "customers") leads to incredibly powerful results that have the highest impact possible. This type of design-thinking process can be applied to any number of situations and problems of practice and often yields creative, highly impactful solutions for staff, students, and community members.
